click + collect will be available Monday-Friday. You will receive an email when your purchase is available for pick-up in Arrowtown.

Delivery within New Zealand

New Zealand shipping is FREE for orders over $300. For all orders under $300 the shipping rate is $12.

Orders are sent Monday - Friday (excluding Public Holidays) with a fully tracked courier service and signature on delivery. If you’d prefer not to sign for your delivery and have your parcel left by the courier, please email us for this request at suppport@goalsstore.com . Please note that if you choose to remove this, Ikon and the courier service cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur once your order has been delivered.

International Delivery

Currently we are only shipping to New Zealand and Australia.

 Australia shipping is a flat rate of $40NZD

Orders are sent Mon-Fri (excluding public holidays) with NZ Post or DHL Express, with estimated delivery between 2 days and 2 weeks (rural destinations may take longer).

Please be aware, once an order leaves our warehouse shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. We unfortunately can’t control how quickly an order arrives once it has left our warehouse. Contacting the delivery company is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date.

DUTY - Purchasing from outside of New Zealand:  Please be aware all orders leaving New Zealand may incur duty and import taxes when entering the destination country. These charges are at the expense of the receiver. Please make sure you are aware of any costs that may be incurred before making a purchase. Goals will not be responsible for any customs charges and import duties.
