Why This Capsule Works...

Breathable performance fabrics: Lightweight feel with sweat-friendly comfort for longer sessions.

Support where you want it: Think sturdy waistbands and a ‘held-in’ feel without being restrictive.

Mix-and-match colours/prints: Everything coordinates, so you can build outfits fast.

Court-to-street versatility: Add a layer and you’re instantly off-duty (but still put-together - The Upside absolutely excels at this!).

How We Are Wearing It...

Match-day classic: A supportive top and skirt/or dress, crisp white socks, tennis shoes.

Cool weather warm-up: Add a lightweight long-sleeve or half-zip layer and keep the base pieces the same.

Off-court errand run: Swap tennis shoes for sneakers, throw on a cap, and add an oversized knit or denim jacket.

Travel set: Stick to one colour story, then rotate tops/skirts/shorts to create multiple looks with fewer items.

Overall, this The Upside tennis capsule is the kind of edit that makes getting dressed for the court feel effortless. It’s polished, functional, and genuinely wearable beyond tennis.

Also worth noting is that The Upside have recently changed their sizing, so please refer to the size guide below for the latest size. And as always don’t hessite to reach out to us if you need help with any of the pieces online.

The Upside NEW Size Guide

The Upside sizing has been updated to Alpha size labels (XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL) to better align with global sizing standards.

They have shifted Alpha size labels up by one to match the international market. For example, what was previously labelled an Extra Small (which was a numerical AU 8) will now be labelled a Small. Rest assured, your numerical size hasn’t changed - an AU 8 is still an AU 8.

This update simply means:
An AU 6 was an XXS but is now aligned to XS
An AU 8 was an XS but is now aligned to S
An AU 10 was a S but is now aligned to M
An AU 12 was a M but is now aligned to L
An AU 14 was a L but is now aligned to XL
An AU 16 was an XL but is now aligned to XXL
